Nashville Candle + Supply Return Policy

At Nashville Candle + Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We strive to deliver your order accurately and on time. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges are handled at the discretion of our General Manager. We carefully review each request to ensure we provide a fair and satisfactory resolution.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Product Manager at dana@nashvillecandlesupply.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.

Please Note:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will make every effort to correct the issue promptly.

Customization

No two brands are the same, and no two candles are the same, either. We’ll help you create a candle that’s perfect for you. Customize your candle by choosing individualized packaging, vessels, and scents. You can even opt for a custom screenprint or label to elevate your candle even further.

It’s deeply intertwined with memory, creating the potential for your customers to associate your brand with an incredible and memorable scent experience. Scent sets apart a quality candle, and brand, above anything else. Our candles offer a higher fragrance load than most, allowing them to be taken in more fully, but without any scent hangover, which often comes with lower-quality candles.

We’re careful to consider every detail in our process, from beginning to end. You’ll notice a difference in how our wax burns – safely and consistently, while being the perfect means to take in our rich, aromatic fragrances. It doesn’t stop there, either.
