What is your average lead time?
Our estimated lead time is 10-14 weeks, after artwork approval and payment submission. This range varies based on quantities and busy season (August-November), and is not guaranteed until all purchasing is complete and in-house.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For in-line scents, 150 units per SKU/scent or 250 units for screen prints. For custom scent projects, the minimum is 500 units per SKU/scent. For custom sources, MOQs are shared on a per-project basis.
